1.What types of dogs are your toys suitable for?

Our toys are mainly designed for small to large-sized dogs. Each product includes sizing info—please check before purchasing. For aggressive chewers, we recommend extra-durable options only.

2.Are your toys machine washable?

Yes, most of our plush toys can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air drying is recommended. Avoid using high heat or tumble drying to preserve shape and sound features.

3.Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please check our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

4.My dog destroyed the toy quickly. Can I return it?

We understand not every toy is right for every dog. However, due to the nature of pet products and hygiene, we do not offer refunds for wear and tear or damage caused by chewing. If your product is defective on arrival, please reach out within 7 days.

5.What if I receive the wrong item?

Oops! If you received the wrong product, email us at infocrazytail@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.

6.Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately with your order number.

7.Do you offer gift wrapping or birthday notes?

Yes! Many of our products make great gifts. Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a birthday message with your order—free of charge.

8.Do you charge taxes internationally?

We include GST in all Australian orders. For international orders, we do not collect VAT, customs, or import duties. These may be charged by your local authorities upon delivery.
