We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help!

🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from pet hair, damage, or any signs of use

To start a return, please email us at infocrazytail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.

🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending anything back.

🚫 Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet beds or toys

  • Items not in original condition

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
